Of course not, man! If you're one of the few who suffer from gynecomastia, the cause could be in a variety of places that produce hormones in the body, or perhaps drug induced(steroids.)
If you don't feel you have a hormonal or chemical problem I suggest consulting an accredited plastic surgeon in your area... I know, plastic surgery isn't covered in most health plans but if it's an issue that concerns you enough to post it on the web, evidently, it's pretty serious to you and an immediate solution may be worth it to you.

If you do decide to have work done, I advise that you do the research and leg work to find the best person for the job.

Back to your original question - a pill for this problem does not exist.
