One of my twins had a cavernous hemangioma. Even though they are identical, the other didn't have one, so it could have been the result of egg division. The hemagioma was slowly absorbed over severa years, until it looked a little like a bruise with a vein running through it. It's on the upper arm so it wasn't visible unless he went sleeveless.
Most of these go away after a few years.
