It is very common to the point that it has been the Most Popular Surgical Procedure according to The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in 2008. Liposuction was the most popular in previous years but in 2008, it was Breast Augmentation. I think patients going abroad for plastic surgery isn't counted in it yet.
