I still won't wear sleeveless tops or dresses as I still have a small amount of flab due to my poor skin elasticity. As a matter of fact, I am going back to him in October for a small revision under the arms as he thinks after my surgery, I may have popped some stitches and that could attribute to the small amount of sagging again. It will be done under Local anesthesia and recovery shouldn't be bad. When I had the original surgery, recovery wasn't too bad - you just can't raise your arms over your shoulders for three weeks or lift anything heavy.
