Default Are your muscles cut?

Is there really no other alternative but plastic surgery for your belly flab once you have had a c-section? I was told that once your muscles were cut, you couldn't work them into shape anymore.

That is what I am scared about. I have watched so many who went through c-section, who have they belly laying as a pouch hanging in front. I hope to have a normal delivery, not sure whats in store. Wish all goes fine. I don't know if there are any other options for belly flab.

Wow, I never even knew about this. Then again, if you look at some celebrities who have had c-sections, have all of them had plastic surgery to look good again in the abdominal area?

I wonder how some regain their perfect shape bodies after their pregnancy. I guess people belonging to the middle class might not be having sufficient money to afford to have a surgery and celebrities are really concious about their body so natuarally some might go for it.

I'm really amazed by so many celebrities who who flaunt their post pregnancy bodies and they're bodies are as taut as before the baby...and in only 4 weeks. How is this even possible without surgery?

Some people have the genes in their favor. Usually after 7 weeks they can get back into shape. Celebrities have people to care for their babies and help them out so they can get in shape exercising 4 hours a day! Regular mothers that have to wake up in the middle of the night to feed their kids and do everything else, hardly have the energy to be exercising... therefore it takes them a lot longer to get back into their former shape.

That's so true, they really do seem to get in shape much faster, and they really should, considering that they have people to help them out, and the fact that they have a career relying on how they look should be all the more motivation.

just remember that these celebrities have all the money, and contacts, that they need to get the best treatments, specialists, equipments, supplements and so on to get in shape. for us normal folks, it is a challenge - but that shouldn't stop us. my sister had a c-sec 4 years ago and if you see her now, you can almost swear that she doesn't have four children. she says it's all hardwork and discipline. easier said than done, but those are the facts of life.

My muscles were really cut back when I was into body building. Now, I have a few cuts on my arms and my thighs are still pretty good.

I was told that as well. You can get back into shape, but you can't actually get rid of that little bulge....and forget about getting a natural six pack.
