Effortless 6-packs?

I have never ever heard of such a thing. Would the "six packs" be plastic, or saline bags like a breast implant, only a different shape? Wow.

Well they're not completely effortless because obviously putting in implants on a huge man who is otherwise out of shape isn't exactly possible.

I head that they also have calf implants for people with really skinny lower legs.

If they can do calves then abs should be rather simple!
