I am a very active athlete. But althoug I work out six days a week and eat reasonably well I can not seem to get a little "pouch' around my belly to disappear. Did someone have the same challenge as me and found a solution?

Be careful when searching for a solution for this! You can get caught up in all the media wanting you to buy different products!
I however have not had this problem at all as I have been lucky! If I had a suggestion about this I would say target your mid section when working out! Try incorporating more mid section workouts into your circuit training and see if this helps! |

How healthy do you eat? Sometime an unhealthy diet will cause more fat to be around the belly. Have you ever seen picture of starving kids? Even though they are starving to death, they have huge bellies.
