Do you need abdominal liposuction or are you happy with your abs the way they are?

I think I need something done for sure. I had a nice tummy but thent wo things happened. First, I had a baby. Then I had some health problems and the medications really through my body out of whack and now I'm not too pleased with my tummy. I eat right and exercise but it is not doing the trick on it's own.

I haven't been happy with myself since having my daughter. I have the pooch that just won't go away with exercise and the saddle bags as well. I've actually had a consultation, just haven't followed through with it yet.
