This procedure is used to elevate depressed scars. A small amount of bovine collagen, collagen-related fillers, polymer implants or a patient's own fat (removed from another part of the body) is injected below the surface of the skin, raising the depressed area. I got this for my daughter. She was having problems getting rid of her scars so we decided to go with this procedure.
