Don't touch your face!
If you struggle with acne, then I highly recommend you don't touch your face. The bacteria and oils from your hand will just make it worse. Most importantly, don't pick at your pimples and zits. The finger nail is loaded with bacteria that will just cause more acne. Also, irritation helps worsen acne.
