I'm sorry that I can't answer your question, but I'm very interested in this procedure myself. Can you give me any info on what makes a person a good candidate for this surgery? Didn't the doctor or his nurses give you info on post-op care? Will you stay in a hotel after surgery? How much is the charge these days?

I am two weeks post op on having the minimal incision brachioplasty. The incision runs from front of arm pit to back of arm pit instead of down the arm. I didn't want the scar running down my arm. I didn;t need the full lift, i only needed the top of my arms tightened. My doctor lipoed my arm and then pulled the additional loose skin under my armpit. I feel the only pain is caused by the lip and not the incision its self. I am very active and didn't want the large scar.

Did you ever have the minimal incision arm lift done that was scheduled in April?
I'm thinking about having it in May and was wondering if others have done the same and are happy with their results? |

I'm sure your doctor will give you lots of information and handouts about post-op care. Mainly, you want to take it easy, get rest, and don't stretch your arms all the way above your head. Don't life anything heavy either. |
