I am contemplating having a bi-lateral out thigh lift. I am a gastric bypass patient and have lost 175 lbs. I already had my arms and breast done, as well as a tummy tuck. Has anyone out there have any experience with the thigh lift??

You mean a medial thigh lift - where the incision is along the inside of the thigh. The old way was to make the incision on the outer part of the thigh but it showed the scar.
My friends have had this operation done and it is good if the surgeon knows some of the latest techniques. |

no, I do mean the bi=lateral. My PS is advising this for me instead of the other which he did discuss with me.
Is there a problem with this, other than the scars? You can see the scars on the other one too. |

I usually lift the front and outer thighs at the same time as the tummy tuck, using that same bikini incision, but every PS is different. The procedure can really help smooth out and tighten that saggy skin!

Why do the call it a bi-lateral thigh lift? Does that mean they go in from both sides of the thigh?
