Arm Lipo

Please help ... need advice from surgery to recovery ... 5 days pre-op!

if you are having lipo on other area, it will be good to have someone help you out for first 4 to 5 days. i had arms, ab and flank done one year ago. i couldn't lay down in my bed for 2 weeks because i wasn't able to get up.

get the compression arm sleeves!!! you don't want to have swelling.

I haven't heard of these. Do you have more information.

It would makes sense that "compression arm sleeves" would help, because I know that when you get an injury you are advised to rest, ice, and compress it.

I heard even with the compressions you could get swellen.
