Default BR w/arm brachioplasty... too much at once or not?

What do others think that have had the arm surgery? I was not told anything at all about needing lipo later. I asked about the arms when I went for my br pre-op and PS said that the brachio would give me a nice looking arm because I just have a lot of skin and more than likely will not get improvement with weights.
Input pleas. Is this too much at once?

Using weights will tone the muscle and if it grows the muscle than that will make your arm bigger which can make the skin tighter. If you have a lot of extra skin, that probably won't help.
