Default belt lipectomy

I am 7 months post op from a full TT/MR. On Sept. 6 I will be having a LBL. The TT turned out great other than the lovehandles that I got from it, and I find my upper abs are still too loose. I cannot lipo these because it is just skin from a weight loss and not fat. My question is: did anyone that have a belt lipectomy find this help with the upper abs since they have to pull the sides down. I am concerned it won't because I have done this surgery in two stages. I don't think I could have been pulled any tighter because when I stand it is tight, but it is just the area under the bra line for an inch or two

If anyone can help, that would be great!

It might help with the upper abs, but it will be hard if there is only a small section that is loose and then it is tight around that. They would have to pull all of it, which would mean they couldn't change the ratio between the area that is tight and the area that is loose.
