I wasn't happy with my arms no I wasn't but at the same time I knew that I was able to change them if I wanted to so I did. I ended up getting surgery which I don't regret not at all. I'm now happy with my arms and I wouldn't change them for the world.

^If I may ask, what procedure did you have done on your arms? If you had the lift, how are your scars? I've always thought it was nice to be able get a lift done on your arms, but what bothered me was the scar from it. Of course it would fade over time but it seems like there would be a pretty long scar.

Default Arms

I've been fairly lucky with my arms and at age 40+ I'm only now getting the dreaded chicken neck flap. I'm not sure if it's something that requires surgery at this point, but I'm not adverse to it, if it comes to that.

My arms are fairly good compared to others. I am happy with it as of the moment. I don't feel the need of a surgery yet.

Default Becoming Unhappy With My Arms

My upper arms are starting to get flabby and shake like jello when they move. I might consider surgery if they get too bad.

I am not happy with my arms, but I'm also overweight, so I would have to loose some weight first, and train at the gym, but at some point I even considered lipo for my arms...

I think that I have nice arms, but I would like to have a bit more muscle. I am underweight, so they are really small.

My arms are following the genetic pattern that is set for them. I see no point in trying to have surgery to change them because I heard that the body will work back toward the genetic configruation.

It's easier to just by flattering clothing!
