Do you want to take artecoll? Why or why not?

I was shocked when I first read about Artecoll. I've never heard of this being done. I'm a little wary of it myself. It just seems weird to me to put foreign objects like beads(no matter what they're made of) under your skin. However, I have seen some before & after pictures, they look very good.
