I was born with a small mole on my back and a little brown mark near my shoulder...my mother has one too that's very similar. I'm not sure what it is, I don't like it much. The mole looks okay where it is, I think I kind of like it but sometimes I accidentally scratch it when i scratch my back so for that reason I might want to get rid of it.

I do have a few tiny ones, but they're not that noticeable. Wouldnt need to get them removed. They're a part of me.

I have a few, but nothing too major....like I have a patch on the back of my neck that kinda looks like a large mole, but is easily covered if I leave my hair down instead of put up.
