Body Contouring to make you thin?

Are there, or will there ever be, body contouring that will actually make you thin if you are obese? I'm not talking about lipsuctioning fat pockets, but actually making you thin.

I'm wondering if body contouring would include liposuction to the abdomen, or the removal of excess skin over the abdomen?

I’m not sure of it but as far as I know liposuction is only the one that can make you thin. I’m thinking about it but I’m afraid of it.
