Depends on the age group. If he's younger, they're not going to notice and talk about it. If he's older, well, maybe, but it'll usually be in a 'good' way, not bad. I'd be more concerned about the parents talking and hey, it's none of their business!

I also wouldn't worry about what other people say, either. People can (and will) gossip about anything, no matter what you do. Enjoy your breast augmentation.
