Which is more natural?

Does anyone know which type of implant is more natural? Not only by look but most importantly by feel? I would think silicone would seem more natural as it's a more solid material. I don't think saline implants would feel natural at all really. But maybe I'm wrong. Any advice or experience on this?

This is a really good question, Patricia and a little more research on the subject would likely be your best bet. I've only met one woman that has had breast enhancement and hers were silicone. She seemed happy with the results.
