Does breast augmentation affect breast feeding? If it doesn't, do you have to wait a certain time after breast augmentation to breastfeed a baby?

I was always told that if the nipples were adjusted during the process, breast feeding was no longer possible.

Wow, as long as you're totally sure you don't want any more babies (or to breastfeed any more), that sounds pretty extreme to me!
