I have been thinking about having breast surgery for many years now, and have finally built up the courage to go ahead and start my research. There is so much on the web that I really don’t know who to trust or who to approach. There are so many different clinics and surgeons offering discounts and special deals but I am mainly interested in quality, not how much it is going to cost me, although I don’t want to spend a fortune.

I will be the first one of my friends to get a boob job, so I don even have any friends that can offer me some advice.

If anyone has been in a similar position and has any information about how to get a good surgeon without paying over the top, please please let me know.
