how many cup sizes should I go up (I am a 34A)?

Our sizes are different here in Australia. Im a 10A but Im thinking about going up to a C cup. Nice and subtle, not like "Oh my god, shes had a boob job"

If you go in and ask a few questions Im sure the surgeon has some examples you can have a look at. Just take your time with it, you dont want to regret the choice you made afterwards.

Yes ^^^ consult your surgeon first! I am sure he has seen plenty of size issues with breast implants! Actually, there are more people now that are getting their implants taken back out, or resized after a few years because of discomfort, or whatever?

You don't want to go up to much, because they may be uncomfortable and would stand out. I would go any higher than a C cup.
