How important is it to do breast massages? My ps wants me to do them 5 times a day,and he said I need to be more aggressive. They are so tender still that it hurts if I do it to hard. I am two weeks po.

I would do what your surgeon says, or else you could up with even worse problems. If it hurts, just do it as aggressively as you can.
