Default Lop-sidedness

it's been wonderful lurking here. Had my BA 8/05 and wish I'd found this site 6 months before that date. I would have learned so much; when I went to my consultation, I didn't even KNOW the proper questions to ask. All I knew was that I wanted bigger, firmer, rounder.

Back to the lop-sided issue, I too, was uneven (bigger left side) before BA. I mentioned that it wasn't enough to bother me, and it now rings in my ears that the PS said "Whatever you have now, you'll have after BA, only larger." So (with the limited knowledge I had at that time), it made sense to hubby and me that I have more cc's in the right breast. PS said he'd rather not do that, because it was too hard to predict if that would even me up, and indicated that he'd rather fill both the same and wait and see (I took that to mean that he could fix it later).

Well, now 4 mos. later I have dropped nicely, and am still fluffing. However, I am still uneven, and it bothers me more than I thought. Smaller right side has noticeable "tighter" feeling, and feels better when massaged regularly. Hubby is the only one who knows about BA at all (our 20 yr anniversary gift to each other), and the lop-sidedness doesn't bother him. I'm alright with waiting until my 6mo appt and talk to PS, but now wonder what the options are? I am a large woman (5'5" 190lb) with BWD 13.5, I have Mention Smooth Round Moderates, 350-1670, filled to 475. I don't think they can be filled any more, and have no pictures to display on-line.

You are right. Your implant is 425 cc with a 50 cc max overfil for a max fill of 475 cc so no more can be added. That means he will have to put in a larger implant on the smaller side but in the end YOU need to be happy

You can't fill them anymore, so the question is whether or not you want to leave them the way they are. Is it really worth going through another surgery to stop them from being lop-sided?
