Default Streching Skin... OUCH

I am 9 days post op now. I started getting some feeling back yesterday. Felt like a tingleing sensation. Today my skin and nipples hurt so bad. I can barely stand to touch it. I go in tomorrow to see if my stiches can come out. I hope this gets a little better otherwise I am going to be the biggest wimp tomorrow my PS has ever seen.

My question is about strech marks. I have them on my breast and stomach from being pregnant. My stomach is horrible, but only have a few small ones on my breasts. Do you guys use any special creams or lotions after the BA to help prevent these? I wonder if Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula would work OK for this also?

I have Palmers since my first BA 2 years ago, then second a year ago. I have stretch marks but nothing you can see without stretching the skin. I also take Vitamin E to help keep the skin stretching to avoid the marks.

I find a lot of creams that say they help get rid of stretch marks at the grocery store and the health store. Why not buy one of those?
