Default post op muscle relaxants

I'm having a breast lift with silicone implants (submuscular), a tummy tuck (anchor incision) with hernia repair on Dec.8. I've already received my prescriptions for Keflex and Vicodin ES. Should I also ask about a muscle relaxer?. I notice that flexoril has been mentioned. Also, I will be wearing the bra they put me in for 2 wks post op, then I'm to switch to either a sports bra or non-underwire support bra (warner's Friday Bra was mentioned). I picked up a bestform sports bra that hooks up the front. Any other suggestions?

Yes, you will need a muscle relaxer. I used Flexaril with my TT and then Valium for my BA revision. I actually liked the Valuim better...the flexaril made me so unbelievable thirsty.....it was worse than the pain.

Yes, ask for a muscle relaxer. Many people say that is better then the reg pain med
Ask your Dr's office how long they have you wear a bra. Each one has their own ideas.

Is it good to wear an underwire bra? I thought someone told me not to wear an underwire bra too soon after a breast augmentation.
