anyone can tell me if it does, im a real wuss when it comes to pain and things XD

my wife had it done many years ago... looked great then and still does. No sign of scaring or anything now she recovered and healed really fast compared to some, i recomend it to anyone.

it would be super if you can just inflate them no surgery i hate the thought of needles and knives

Any surgery is painful afterward to some extent while you are going through the healing process. If you have a low pain tolerance perhaps you should consult with a licensed plastic surgeon an ask him/her the outcomes of breast augmentation.

It hurts a lot after the surgery. The pain should go away eventually, but there's always a risk of complications.
