How is breast implant revision done? How is the procedure performed?

There is an incision into or around the area of the breast. The old implant is taken out, and the new implant is put in. The incision is closed.

Yep. Simply put, that's about all there is to it. They just have to remove the old and put in a smaller one, and then healing time again.
