tightness in one breast

I had my BR done a week ago. I haven't had many problems besides the stitches pulling. But I noticed recently that my right breast seems to be more sore and tight than my left breast. Is this normal? My left breast is pretty much fine, no swelling or anything. But my right one hurts constantly. I had my post-op yesterday and was told everything was fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I think it is not unusual for one breast to heal at a different rate than the other. If there was a problem you doctor would have spotted it at your post-op.
