vertical lines

hi yall
does anyone have some small 'vertical lines' underneath the breasts, just below where the incison line is??? i was feeling sore today, and took a look and saw these little lines, i am now wondering if they are some type of suture???? they almsot feel like a thread??? i am three weeks postop, and back to work full speed. took two weeks off after surgery. what is it?? (it's on both sides, but more pronounced on the right, which is the more swollen/sore side?) thanks

Maybe it is a mark from the stitches. It's probably supposed to be there, since it is on both.
