It wasn't bothering me before but last night I bought and took some laxatives and they only helped a little. To be honest I litterly feel like there is a human head down there...lol sorry to be so grafic but I am in pain here anyone have suggestions?

I had the same prob. I had surg. last Monday and finally had a small BM on Friday. Was starting to feel like I had when I came home from the hospital after having my babies!
I have a prescription for Colace, which is a stool softener, that I am still taking. I really make an effort to eat lots of fruits and veges and drink LOTS of WATER! I also took a laxative, generic Correctal I think, that moved things along yesterday quite a bit. Hang in there, this too shall pass. |

After many stool softeners and prunes, I tried Milk of Magnesia and it worked like a charm. Good luck

The pain killers cause this problem also. Make sure you increase the fiber in your diet. I find that laxatives make me feel like puking. Prune juice was a good idea too. Eat lots of ceral like Oatmeal Squares, Bran, etc. you get the picture.
Good luck. You will eventually get back to normal. |

Luckily, that effect will go away.
I like to drink apple juice rather than water. |
