Default Going Braless??

I am 6 weeks po and wondering if going braless every now and then will make me sag or hurt my results. I am trying to let mr incision heal and my bra always rubbing against it isn't helping ya know.

i know how you feel. I get paranoid if my bra is off for any length of time, since I'm convinced I'm doing irrepairable damage. My PS made such a big deal about minimising breast movement in order to form strong scar tissue. My main reason for BR was to do aerobic sports, but now 3 months down the track and I'm scared even when I have to jog across the road! And you should see the sports bra I've bought - it looks and feels like wearing a Chieftain Tank!

I don't know about that one. Ask your PS. I did sleep without a bra last night. I can sleep in my normal position(s) now (all over the bed) and I had no problems. Felt fine this morning. Just wouldn't do it during the day yet almost 9 weeks PO.

I wouldn't recommend going braless. It can put undue stress on the breasts. Maybe you could look for a more comfortable bra?
