Default Are Omega vitamins the same as Vitamin E?

I am taking Omega 3-6-9 and was wondering if that is similar enough to vit E that I should be concerned in taking it. My PS didn't seem to make any big deal about the vitamin thing, more about the aspirin. Anybody have any idea?

Omega 3 vitamins are anti-oxidents..They're one of the best forms of nutrients(EPA & DHA) that we can take. They're fish oils which help the body to heal... They increase HDL which is our "good Cholesteral". It also helps lessen the effect of joint pain and inflammation . Omega 3 also increases energy and improves our sleep and aids in longevity. Memory is improved and also helps unclog artieries, alomg with lessening arthritis pain. The list goes on and on.. As for Vitamin E..It keeps your skin supple..But I don't ingest it..I use it topically for my skin.

Thank you. That is exactly what I was looking for and didn't know where to find the answer. Any thoughts on the other response that I got on here speaking of B and calcium not to be taken, no big deal really, my PS said to continue taking the vitamins I am taking.
I love that you were here to help! What a great place.
