Default Trying on my shirts is SO FUN!!

Had my BR on Monday, 11/14. I spent a good 20 minutes this afternoon in my closet trying on my button up shirts and other clothes that were previously a little tight. THEY FIT!!! or are even TOO BIG!!! This is AWESOME! I am so happy! My XL and L wardrobe is all of the sudden going to turn into M and L's!!! That's great!!! Can't wait to go shopping! All this happiness and I haven't even gotten to wear a bra yet! (my surgeon has me wearing gauze under an ace wrap that goes around my chest like a tube top.) I go in next Tuesday for my first post-op and am hoping I can start wearing a bra.

Congratulations! I know what a wonderful feeling that is. It has been 18 months since I've had my BR and still sometimes I stare at them in the mirror and just beam. A lot of people thought I had lost weight because finally I could wear clothes that were fitted and had a nice smooth look to them. Best thing I ever did...and I can tell you feel the same way. It's a new lease on life

i know that feel. I been just sleeping in my surgical bra and since it was kind of chilly in here i put on a tank top shirt that before i couldnt wear since it had the built in support bra. I felt so good bc now i can wear it and it was comfortable. i just wish i was a little bigger but i am not going to go overboard until they take the surgical bra and stuff off maybe the real girls are hiding behind this stuff. i am happy that i did it but i am a big girl and little bitties just wont look right LOL

Hey! I just read your post, and I'm worried that with smaller breast I will look "goofy" also! I'm wearing a 3X top now, because my boobs are so big and I have a big stomach, especially the upper abdomen, so I'm concerned about how that will look. I'm thinking of adding upper ab lipo to maybe help the problem. How large are you? I'm sure you are a BBW and everything will be fine once your new "look" takes shape! Congrats!

Congratulations! Have you gotten to see them yet?
