Default insurance company

I have man-boobs and I want the insurance company to pay for the surgical coverage. How do I do this?

What are some specific things I should put in the letter to the insurance company other than;

- feelings of depression, anxiety
- slight discomfort
- Isolation from sports, etc.

HELP ME ANYONE!!!

Default Insurance

I'm not sure, but I know that my insurance likely wouldn't cover any type of cosmetic surgery, unless it was life-threatening. An elective surgery would be a big no. My insurance wouldn't even cover the cost of a vasectomy or birth control pills for me...BUT they will cover the birth of a child. How crazy is that? You'd think they be more willing to cover the preventive methods so they wouldn't have to shell out the big buck for an actual birth.
