Do you tell other people you get breast surgery? Or, do you just keep it to yourself? Who have you told about it? Did people notice on their own?

I haven't had enhancement yet, but when I do my a cup suddenly becoming a c cup will be obvious. I won't volunteer any information because I don't believe it's anyone's business but mine. If people say something to me, I'll answer questions, say something flippant, or tell them to mind their own business. It will just depend on the way they approach me and what they say.

Maybe I will just keep it to myself. You cannot tell that they will understand you and respect your decision if you will tell them that you have undergone a surgery.

It's better to keep such things to yourself, unless it's someone who's already had an implant or surgery too.

Most people will figure it out on their own. The change in size will be obvious to many. YOu probably don't have to tell a lover as the hardness that developes around the implant will be a dead give away.

I agree, most people will figure it out when they see the transformation. If somebody asked, even though I think that would probably be very rude of them, I would be honest.
