hi does anybody nows why butt implants are not as popular as other plastic surgery procedures?why are butt implants not as advertise as other surgeries?

no, but im plannin to have butt implants on february or march what about you???what are you having done?

I think butt implants are not as popular because most women think their butts are too big.
