Default Why Must We have Two surgeries for the Upper and Lower Buttocks

I had the opportunity to get on Dr. Robert's website and discovered that there is a buttock implant for upper and one for lower buttock. I am pretty intelligent and I would assume that there would have to be a second buttock implant to get total fullness. My point being, if you round out the top, then the bottom looks flatter; if you round out the bottom then the top looks flatter which in essence still gives you a squared and flattened buttock look in either the top or the bottom. My question to my buddies in this forum, can we get a darn implant for the entire buttock to alleviate the multiple trips to the surgeon to achieve the look--you know the implant that is rounded and curved and fit to size you know. Not only only are multiple surgeris stressful on the body, but the costs to some of us (adding travel and hotel lodging in some cases) is ridiculous! I observed pre and post-op pics and based upon what I saw from what society see as a nice "booty" (that's the reason for my two unsuccessful fat transfers--some folks have their perceived idea of what a delicious booty likes like--neither of those booties looked attractive to me even after the implant--definately improved but not like WOW! I guess my booty is okay according to standard, but I ain't trying to offend anyone, neither one of those is a ghetto booty, and that's what I want.

I hear you girl! I had fat grafting and to be honest I have not heard of a 'one-size-fits-all' booty. From the reasearch I have done implants are sometimes coupled with fat grafting for that fullness.

I'm interested to hear about your fat grafing. How much did you have added? As I mentioned I had it done and am waitiing for round 2 next year...

I just became more knowledgeable about buttock implants, fat transfers, fat fillers, estrogen, etc. through information from ladies like yourself on the Femimore Yahoo Forum and this forum. Unfortunately (and very sad), I cannot tell you how many ccs either of those dumbs dumbs placed in me because back in 1997 and 2000 I had not done my research and did not ask the right questions and the answers were not readily communicated to me by either doctors. I am just assumin they injected about 350ccs based upon the information I now have(and 150-250 of that dissolved) With the results from both surgeries I would have done better to save the $$ until I had done my research and consulted with at least 4 or 5 surgeons with the knowledge of the difference between silicone implants (soft medium, hard) and gel implants. I have requested my medical records from the last surgeon but because of my numerous and direct emails regarding my dissatisfaction with my liposuction and fat transfer, he pretty much ignores my e-mails (they probably go round into the junk or trash folder--lol). This last surgeon professed to be a born-again Christian (which is the primary reason he was chosen). I am wiser now and won't be the same fool three times.

I just had my 5th kid with my husband of 16 yrs. And I can recall that I once had enough back there to grab on. But after my 4th child I lost it some where =-(
I think I have read every post on this website. And I must admit I think I am more lost than when I started to search for a great PS. One minute I think the injections are the way to go then I get sad when I hear stories of losing some of the fat, then I lean towards getting the implant which also carries side effects. But at this point I am willing to try to anything.
So I have been trying to do my homework on where, and with whom I can get a perfect butt. But I was wondering, can their be some exercise, pills, anything to enhance your size?

I think it would be better to get both the top implant and the bottom implant. I think that would lead to a less flat shape. Of course, the surgeon will probably know what will best work with your butt. Just tell him as best you can what you want, and he can tell you the options.
