Does anybody know something about BIO-GEL????I've read that they do it a lot in Colombia.

PS in Texas here. Silicone gel-filled implants are available outside the US. Of course, there's not a lot of safety data on the rupture rate, how to fix if they rupture, etc. All we have in the US as you probaby know are the solid silicone implants.
