Slightly harder than normal initially because of the trauma to the body and healing process but once the swelling has gone it feels as normal as anything. Lumpiness is more of a concern with the lipo aspect.

PS Having said that I gess lumpiness would depend on how 'good' the surgeon is regarding his technique in order to ensure uniformity.

Are you asking how the butt feels right after surgery, or after the butt heals fully?
