Has anyone had the Fat Injection Procedure and did not lose a lot of fat?

I am getting myself prepared to have the Microfat graft and I realize there are Pro's and Con's with it but has anyone had this procedure and did not lose too much fat. It is a lot of money to invest in a fuller booty and not be satisfied. I don't want implants because I have some booty to work with. I am trying to get more volume and curve to what I have.

Everyone I have heard from has lost a lot of it.

I wonder if it is possible to get some kind of guarantee from the surgeon.
