Fat injection or Implants?

Ok, I am trying to make the best decision. I live on the east cost so if you know of a good Dr. please refer but am not trying to pay over $7000. If I am being cheap then please let me know. I am not flat at all however, I would like the upper part of my butt to be fuller. I want more fullness. I don't think I need implants but I've heard injections don't last and that the fat may migrate any where. I don't mean to be so too the point but I would like to know if the implant have sensation. Basically, when my man squeeze or smack my booty, I want to know if I will have any feeling. Don't laugh but I just have in my mind that I will have implants and he would be squeezing away and I would be like...duh!

It sounds like fat-grafting would be a good option for you since u said u have some booty to work with, u may need more than one treatment to obtain the results that you want as it is usual for a second round to be needed
I didnt want fat grafting at first, because I though it was a WASTE of money and time, I researched PMMA and was not able to find convencing information so I scratched off my list, all I had left was implants which kinda of scared me but I had gotten used to the idea of getting them; anyways, after doing SO SO SO much research in the internet and talking to doctors, I'am now comvince that fat-grafting it's WORTH the money, time and whatever else goes into it!...I KNOW I WILL go back for a second round, who knows maybe a third one..( i want a j.lo booty!)...at $3000 first round and discounted price for touch-ups seems like a good deal, reason why I'm going out of the US to have this done.
This is what convenced me of getting fat grafting instead of implants, a doctor said to me:""why would you have a foreing object put into your body, when you are a good candidate for fat-grafting?..." it made me think a lot, it will be my OWN butt cause it's my OWN fatt, I know it will wok, I'll keep u posted when I come back.

Thank you. your input has really helped me put my decision in perspective. I continue research but I think fat is the way to go for me too. I am actually trying to get the booty like Ki Toy Johnson, she got it going on. Put her name in any search engine and you will see what I mean.

I recommend that you consult with more than one doctor. That way you can compare and contrast their ideas, and find the one that suits you best.
