I am having the 1st part of my buttocks surgery on Sept. 27 with Dr. Craig Person in Maryland. I am going with regular old implants. I don't see that as a problem being as I am a man and all(different kind of butt). Wish me luck!. I will keep you all posted. Thanks for all your advice. One more question, my PS said the Arnica Montana was mainly for facial surgery. Should I also take it for the buttocks surgery anyway?

Congradulations! Boy, that was f-a-s-t!
I swear, it sems like once you guys decide who/what/where, THAT'S IT! You just go for it. Where as, we women waffle back and forth, fret, decide, change our minds.......decide, change our minds again ..ah well.(smile) Hope I'm not offending anyone here but I think I have noticed a definite pattern. As far as Arnica and bromeline (sp?) are concerned, they are great for healing and bruising. However, Arnica Montana (unlike the bromeline)should be taken immediately FOLLOWING surgery. The reason being that Arnica Montana can sometimes "thin" the blood out which mimics the same effect as aspirin causing the body to bleed more freely during surgery. The bromeline can be taken before and after. If I am wrong, someone please set me straight but that is what I have read. Check with your PS. he will be able to advise you better than I. Anyway, good luck to you, Darlin' and please, please let us know how everything turns out. |
