Default should I get a butt lift?

My butt looks like someone let the wind out of it. My upper thighs are also sagging. I want to look into this surgery and would like to hear from someone who had it sone. Hope to hear from satisfied tight-assed people. LOL!

I dont know much about a butt lift, I do know there will be a big scar left, with implants (wich are also used for big butts that need a lift), the scar will be less noticeable than a butt lift...

ok I dont want to start a big thing but implants will not lift anything...I have had 3 butt implant surgeries and it does not address lower area or thighs at least not that is noticable...I also had a saggy butt and had to have skin removed from lower area and WOW I now have a division between butt and thigh but I do have a scar...the scar from a lift is from hip to hip and low so panties cover...we all have to weigh the pros and cons and decide if scars are worth the results...in my case I was worried but as it turns out I LOVE the results and I am going to check out camoflauge tattos (flesh colored to cover scars)

My problem with the butt lift is the scar. What's the advantage of making your butt look better if you will just be left with a huge ugly scar?

Wouldn't the scar be hidden under the buttock folds though? That's what I heard, and that because it is hidden in the folds, it wouldn't be very noticeable?

It kind of defeats the purpose of having it done if that isn't the case. No one wants an obvious scar.

Isnt the point of Plastic surgery to hide scars and improve looks? If there's going to be a scar, what's the point of a butt lift? Unless of course, you just want to change your butt shape and show off with tight clothes, without exposing skin.
