Sorry to tell you, I had a consult scheduled with Dr. Griffin last month and cancelled once I found out his fees are just a outrageous as Dr. Roberts. I was quoted $18,000. or higher from his office depending on how many sites he harvests from...

desertbabe is right. I've done reasearch on sooooo many US dr's. Dr. Griffin was one that I was really impressed with because I've seen him on Extreme Makeover here and his work is excellent. Apparently he models the 'perfect butt' on his wife which is why he understands what women want. I was told when I called his office the price range is $16-$20, 000.

Unfortunately, it is not a question of how much I am willing to pay, rather how much can I afford to pay. I am sad to hear that he is soooo expensive. I am also consulting with Luis S. Toledo in Brazil. But honestly, after all the horrible things I have read here and other message boards about that International Center in Costa Rica, I am concerned about trusting a PS overseas.

But tell us about your trip to NY! How was your op with Dr L? Do you love your new butt? And if I can ask, how much did you pay? His website posts $5,000 to $7,000? I may consider traveling to NY.

I got your last message on the other post. I'll be around but as soon as I have it all done I'll tell you everything! I've been quoted $8,700 for the surgery and $700 for the anaethestic (sp?).

If he charges a lot, maybe it means he does a better job. Most of the time, you get what you pay for.

Be careful about who you allow to work on you. Make sure you do a background check and make sure he is certified. Check out his references as well.

Oh my gosh!! I never knew that it would cost so much at ANY doctors office! Maybe it is because he is sort of a "celeb" now after being on TV. Where is he located?

Wow!!! That is very expensive. I never thought a butt lift would be so expensive! But I guess if you lack on genes, you can pay in green american dollars!
