Default Arcus Marginalis Release to remove under-eye circles/ hollow

Has anyone had the Arcus Marginalis release operation to get rid of under eye circles/ hollows?

I have got uneven tear trough deformities showing deep hollows under each eye above the cheek fromt he corner of the eye, (with the right eye being more hollowed thathe left eye) and I wondered if anyone knew of UK surgeon's who speacialise in this procedure. I have tried to look up on the web for surgeons who do this and only found an American surgeon based in Boston who specialises in this procedure i.e. Dr Seckel who wrote the book 'Save Your Face'. I am based in the UK and don't want to go all the way over there.

I think you need to be careful about US websites and surgeons unless you read about other people's personal experiences of them good AND bad. A lot of bad posts get deleted and some surgeons have become 'famous' based on nothing much at all.

All I can give you is a few names to consult like Barry Jones, Basim Matti, Jane Olver, Richard Collins, Josh Naresh. At least then you would get an idea of the problem.

Dark circles are very difficult to correct. People get fat ot restyline injections for hollows but not all surgeons agree with fillers around the eyes.

There are UK patients who went to Boston to see another famous surgeon who wouldn't recommend their experience at all.

Have you asked Dr Naderi on makemeheal?

Doesn't Hamra in Dallas do the muscle release with his composite facelift? I think Matti has visited him. Matti doesn't seem to like the fat repositioniong bleph - he warned Helene about lumps so much (10% chance) she went to Barrry Jones instead.

It's interesting that blephs seem to have come full circles from transcut, to transjunc and back to transcut.

This website describes the procedure. The surgeon's name has come up before but I don't know anything about him.

You can also try home remedies to get rid of dark circles. Nothing is better than regular sleep.
