The average prices for both upper lids is approximately $4,000.US. For both lower lids it may be slightly more, if not the same. Both upper and lower blepharoplasty generally run about $6,000.US. These prices usually include anesthesia and the surgeon's fee. All fees are averages; out-patient charges, including surgeon fees, anesthesia, Operating Room charges, and implants if applicable, unless otherwise noted. Lab fees, such as blood work, are normally an extra $35. - $75., plus medications are usually an additional $120.
