Is this normal?

I am 47 years old. I've beem told that I don't look this old (and all of my family ages very well) but suddenly I think I'm starting to look old. Do any of you ever wake up one day and just think your suddemly old?

Our faces go through periods of change, with one of the greatest periods of change being between the ages of 45 and 60.

It isn't unusual to feel that you suddenly look older, at all!
